BehmorThing Shared Roast Databases

Here is a place to download other users data.

It you wish to look at one of these. click on them, choose Save, and then place them in the BehmorThing data directory, usually something like "Documents/BehmorThing" or "My Documents/BehmorThing".  Then you'll be able to file/Open to open and look at them.

If you'd be interested in sharing, let me know or just send me a zipped up copy of your data and a paragraph you'd like me to use to describe it.
Directions for zipping up your data are here.

Yakster: Yakster's Database

Yakster's dB of Behmor roasts.  I started roasting with the Behmor with BehmorThing and have enjoyed the ability to understand the roaster and log my roasts.  I prefer African's and strong, bold flavors, the Wife, not so much.

Bonnie: Bonnie's Database

Bonnie's dB of Behmor roasts. I finally roasted my 100th roast on BehmorThing, so I'm giving you my database to share on your website.  I roast plenty of decaf and a variety of regular coffees.  I started out roasting mainly 8 ounce batches, but have slowly changed to 12 ounce batches of the decaf. For my 12 ounce batches, I typically use a 2 minute preheat cycle.   Most of my roasts I attempt to get into the range Tom recommends, so most of them I try to get to C+.  I roast almost everything on P2.

Ira: Ira's Database

So, you've likely already gotten a version of this as the sample data, but here is a current version as of 6/15/09. It's not likely a good example as I'm a much better programmer than I am a coffee roaster. There's almost no comments and lots of missing information but people often ask what I'm roasting and I do document every roast and most of my inventory.
